Meals

Fire pit and fire wood available to do some BBQ. Picnic tables, chairs, grate, tab water at the ranch. There is a variety of good western country restaurants nearby, which although have great choices of Italian or Chinese dishes on their menu.

Eco friendly

We advocate Eco tourism with low impact activities and preservation of the local natural trails and wildlife habitat. This includes a absolute NO littering, NO idling policy and responsible water & electricity use, as well as respectful behaviour towards animals. Lakeview Guest Ranch uses biodegradable detergents, recycles and has resource saving systems in place.

Waiver 

Lakeview Guest Ranch takes every precaution to safe guard their guests and property (cameras, sun glasses, jackets, animal etc.), but asks that guests recognize, that the stay and participation in activities can involve some risks. All guests are required to acknowledge this risk by signing a waiver of liability. We suggest that out-of-province guests check their insurance policies to ensure accident coverage in Alberta and if necessary purchase all include trip insurance.

Terms and cancellation policy

Provincial Goods & Service tax of 5 % will be added to any charge. (GST) All bookings/reservations are only binding, after the booking value has been received in full. Lakeview Guest Ranch will NOT hold any rooms, tickets or event spaces, without payment in full. In case of cancellation by the guest, latest 10 days prior to arrival, the booking value will be refunded, less a 15 % administration fee. If Lakeview Guest Ranch has to cancel bookings, any payments will be refunded in full. Lakeview Guest Ranch can not be held liable for further costs which may arise due to cancellation. For international wire payments, a bank surcharge applies of $ 5 for every $ 100.oo wired. All tours and activities require safe weather and ground conditions. Lakeview Guest Ranch reserves the right to cancel, if possible reschedules activities. Lakeview Guest Ranch is not responsible nor liable for any changes to activities, tours or events, executed by a third party or other organization. Their terms and conditions do apply in that case. At Lakeview Guest Ranch, alcohol consumption is allowed, as far as enjoyed in responsible amounts. LV Guest Ranch does not supply any alcohol. Please never drink before participating in any activity or tours, we reserve the right to exclude guests from activities when intoxicated, without refund. Guests are required to tell Lakeview Guest Ranch if there are any health conditions or concerns, prior to booking, which may can influence the safety of the stay or participation of any activity. Dogs welcome, on leash, sorry no pets in house or in the guest rooms. For guests with severe allergies to pollen, hay, animal hair or feathers a stay is not recommended. Transportation from and to partner operations and activities in the area, is not provided, nor included in package offers.

Payments

Cash payments in Canadian funds, personal in country or travel checks in Canadian currency are accepted.
